Our Learning Paths
At SBL, we welcome learners between 4 and 20. But unlike most schools, we don’t sort them by age. We listen. We observe. We place them where they’re ready to thrive — not where a number says they should be.
Other features
We offer internationally recognised qualifications including IGCSEs and A-Levels.
Building Connections and Friendships
Our students come to us from a variety of backgrounds…
- We have families who travel the world and regularly move from one place to another. SBL allows these children to thrive at school while retaining their friendships.
- We have many single-parent and blended families within our community, with parents living in different countries or cities. SBL gives students the flexibility to study and live with different parents or family members any time they choose.
- We have a number of ‘gifted’ and talented students who have found the rigidity of traditional schools too prohibitive. SBL allows them to unlock their full potential by learning at their own pace while pursuing their elite talents and personal goals.
- We have families that have relocated to another country or city for career reasons and their company has provided them with an educational package through SBL to aid continuity of learning for their children.
- Some of our parents are athletes, actors, musicians and creatives with demanding schedules. SBL allows families to attend events, be on-set for filming and participate in tournaments or concerts while ensuring minimal disruption to their child’s education.
